Delete your eophi account

You can permanently delete your account and everything stored with it at any time — even if you've already removed the app from your phone.

How to delete

1. Sign in to eophi with the email you signed up with.
2. Open Settings and scroll to Delete my account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is removed straight away.

Forgotten your password? Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page.

What gets deleted

• Your account, email and profile (name, date of birth, location, greeting)
• Cycle logs, mood check-ins and symptoms
• Journal entries, medications and test results
• Saved questions, saved research and Ask eophi usage

Data is permanently deleted, not hidden. Payment records required by law are kept by our payment provider, without your health information.

Subscriptions

Card subscriptions through eophi are cancelled automatically when you delete. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel in your phone's subscription settings as well.
