Privacy, terms & safety

Privacy Policy

eophi is operated by Reilly Media Group. This policy explains how we handle your personal and health information.

What we collect: your email and password (handled by our sign-in system — we never see your password), your name, date of birth, country, state or region and optional suburb, greeting preference, plan details, and anything you choose to log: cycle days, flow, symptoms, mood, journal notes, medications, test results, saved questions and saved research. Ask eophi messages are processed to answer you and are not stored as a conversation history.

Why we collect it: to run your account, show your own cycle and health timeline, localise support services to where you live, create appointment summaries, answer Ask eophi questions and manage your subscription. We do not use continuous GPS.

Where it is stored: on secure cloud infrastructure provided by our hosting and database providers, encrypted in transit and at rest. Data may be processed outside Australia or New Zealand by these providers.

Who can access it: only you. Access rules on our servers mean each account can only read, change, export or delete its own information. Our team does not browse your health records and would only access account data where needed to fix a problem you report, or where required by law.

Third-party providers: cloud hosting and database; an AI model provider that processes Ask eophi messages to generate replies (not used to train models); Stripe for payments (receives your email and payment details, not your health information); and email delivery for sign-in messages.

We never sell your health information, and never use it for advertising, ad targeting or AI training.

Access, export and deletion: you can view and change your details any time in Settings, download your appointment summary, and permanently delete your account and eophi data from Settings or via the Data Deletion section below. To request a copy of your data, email us.

Security: eophi takes reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure accounts, optional two-step verification, access controls and encrypted data handling. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Privacy incidents: if a privacy incident occurs, we will investigate, contain it where possible, and notify affected users and relevant authorities where required by applicable law, including the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme in Australia and the Privacy Act 2020 in New Zealand.

Complaints: contact us first at hello@reillymediagroup.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) or the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).

Terms of Use

eophi is provided for personal, non-commercial use. By creating an account you agree to use eophi lawfully and not to misuse the service or other people's information.

Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment provider and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid month.

We work hard to keep eophi available and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Health Information Disclaimer

eophi shares general health information to help you understand your body and prepare for appointments. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment or replace a healthcare professional.

Information in eophi is grounded in recognised health guidance, but every body is different. Always speak with a qualified health professional about your specific situation, and check with your GP or pharmacist before starting a supplement.

If something feels severe, sudden or is getting worse, seek urgent medical care. In an emergency call 000 in Australia or 111 in New Zealand. Urgent support information is always free in eophi, on every plan.

Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your eophi account and personal data at any time from Settings → Delete my account. This deletes your profile, cycle logs, symptoms, journal, test results and saved questions.

Removed the app already? Follow the steps on our account deletion page, or email us from the address on your account.

Accessibility

eophi is designed to be usable by as many people as possible: clear language, readable text sizes, strong colour contrast and full keyboard navigation on the web.

If something in eophi is hard for you to use, tell us — your feedback shapes what we fix first.
